Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Hong Kong S.A.R, Macau S.A.R, China, Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates & Vietnam, 

 

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs vary by destination. Here is a summary by region:

  • Hong Kong S.A.R: Approximately HK$48
  • Macau S.A.R: Approximately HK$70
  • China and Taiwan: Approximately HK$100 to HK$140 
  • Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea: Approximately HK$270
  • Japan, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam: Approximately HK$320 to HK$400
  • Australia, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Qatar, United Arab Emirates: To be calculated based on weight

All shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

  • Hong Kong: 24–48 hours
  • Asia: 3–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days (may be longer due to customs clearance)

These times apply to orders placed before 13:30 (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as sales, Black Friday, or Christmas. You can check the exact shipping options and estimated delivery times for your address directly in the cart.

 

Q: Can I change my shipping details after placing the order?

A: Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible at sales@padellabasia.com

 

Q: Can I cancel an order that has already been dispatched?

A: Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@padellabasia.com if you need assistance.

 

Q: Do I need to pay import duties

A: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Feel free to contact us at sales@padellabasia.com  for more information.

Return

 

Q: What are the valid reasons for a return or exchange?

A: You may request a return or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. We do not accept returns of used, unsealed or untagged products.

 

Q: How do I report a faulty item?

A: Please email us at sales@padellabasia.com with the following information:

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • A clear description of the issue

  • 5–8 high-quality photos of the product from different angles

  • 1 short video showing the fault

Our team will review your case promptly and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

 

Q: How do I make an exchange or return?

A: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

We do not accept returns of used, unsealed, or untagged products.

Important notes:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any return involving customs or import duties will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This usually takes 2–5 business days.

Packaging instructions

  • Do not ship the item in its original packaging alone. 

  • Please wrap it in a protective bag or bubble wrap and place it inside a sturdy outer box or shipping bag. 

  • Avoid sticking labels or tape directly onto the manufacturer’s packaging. 

  • For fragile items, please provide extra protection to prevent damage during transit.

Q: What happens if I receive an incorrect product?

A: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please email us at sales@padellabasia.com with the following information:

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • Description of the product you ordered

  • 3 high-quality photos of the incorrect item received

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Q: Do you accept returns of used rackets?

A: No. We only accept returns of unused products in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags. Rackets showing any signs of use cannot be accepted for return. If you believe your racket has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@padellabasia.com

 

Q: How will I receive my refund?

A: Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Once processed, the refund usually appears in your account within 2–5 business days.
